These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit, browse or purchase from Zentro Wears. By using the store, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.
Products and presentation
We aim to present product information, colours, images, sizes and descriptions accurately. Actual colours can vary slightly because of photography, lighting and device displays. Availability can change without notice, and we may update product information when needed.
Pricing and orders
Prices are shown in the store currency and may change without notice. Sale or compare-at prices apply only while the promotion or relevant stock is available. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order because of stock issues, pricing or listing errors, payment problems, suspected fraud, or other reasonable operational reasons. If we cancel a prepaid order, any amount due back will be handled through the original payment method or another lawful method available to us.

Because Zentro Wears sells hygiene-sensitive intimate apparel, change-of-mind and fit-preference returns are generally not accepted once the item has been delivered, subject to applicable law and the exceptions described in our Refund & Return Policy.

The Zentro Wears name, store design, written content, graphics and other original brand material may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party trademarks, where shown, remain the property of their respective owners.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zentro Wears is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website or delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
