Order processing
Most Zentro Wears orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after order confirmation, subject to stock availability, order verification and payment status where applicable.
Estimated delivery time
Orders within Pakistan typically arrive within 5–7 business days from order confirmation. Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Weather, courier capacity, public holidays, security restrictions, remote-area service and other events outside our reasonable control can cause delays. If a delay becomes unusually long, contact us and we will help you check the shipment status.
Address and contact details
Please provide a complete delivery address and an active phone number at checkout. Zentro Wears is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible delivery information supplied by the customer.
Tracking and delivery attempts
Tracking information may be shared when it is available from the courier. If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, refuses the parcel, or provides incorrect details, any re-dispatch may be subject to an additional delivery charge.
Damaged or incorrect parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos or video.
